The Romanian trade register is kept by the National Trade Register Office ONRC. It publishes the dataset of registered businesses, including status and legal representatives, as open data.

The Romanian trade register (Registrul Comerțului)

The trade register is kept by the National Trade Register Office (Oficiul Național al Registrului Comerțului, ONRC) and the trade register offices at the county courts. Businesses are recorded under their registration number and their tax identification number (CUI).

Inspection

Basic data of registered businesses are provided as open data. Official certificates are issued by the ONRC.
